Metric version of our popular H bushing. HM bushings are permanently pressed into the jig plate. They are generally used for single-operation drilling or reaming, when you do not expect to replace bushings during the tooling’s lifetime. The head can be left exposed, or recessed by counterboring the installation hole. Note: the “length” listed for an HM bushing refers to its overall length, not its length under the head. Complete part numbers for all standard Metric Head Press-Fit Bushings (all standard ID, OD, and length combinations) are listed in the tables below.
