Shipping Policy

All items are shipped FOB Mississauga unless otherwise arranged through customer’s collect account. Orders placed on-line through our “Guest Checkout” option do not quality for free delivery.

Shipping errors, missing items or damages must be reported to Century Tools within 1 business day of receipt of shipment. Damages must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage.
