Pricing

Prices listed are in Canadian currency. All applicable taxes are extra. In the event of a pricing error, Century Tools reserves the right to change the price without Notice. Century Tools also reserves the right to change prices based on changing economic and manufacturing conditions.

Pricing is valid for 30 days. Freight rates are quoted FOB Mississauga. If extra handling is required, additional charges may apply.

Prices displayed in print catalogues or on-line are for reference purposes only. For accurate pricing and availability please contact your Century Tools customer service representative.

Sales Tax

Century Tools is required to charge goods and services tax and applicable provincial sales tax on items for which a sales tax exemption certificate has not been provided. When ordering, please provide a valid exemption certificate.

Payment Terms

Terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment to established “on-account” customers. If an account has not been established, purchases may be made through Visa, MasterCard, or American Express and Debit. To establish and account, contact our customer service department. All payments must be in Canadian dollars unless otherwise agreed to pay in United States Dollars. Customer’s may not make or take any deduction, set-off, or other adjustment without Century Tool’s prior written approval.

If the purchaser fails to make a payment within 30 days, Century Tools may hold shipments until such payment is made, or may at its option, cancel all or any part of unshipped orders.

Special Orders & Product Availability

Products are subject to availability at time of order. Some special-order items must meet manufacturer’s minimum order quantity requirements at time of order and may require additional shipping time

Limited Warranty

Century Tools makes no warranty or conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and arising out of a course of dealing, performance, custom, or usage of trade. Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship only in accordance with the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. If Century Tools determines the product to be defective in workmanship or material, it will be repaired or replaced at Century Tools’ discretion. Century Tools has no obligation under this warranty with respect to products that have been modified or damaged b customer, including through misapplication, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or mishandling.

Changes

Century Tools reserves the right to change its sales terms at any time without notice
